Executive Director

Michelle Gibson Herman, PhD
Dr. Michelle Gibson Herman has been a dedicated educator for over 25 years. She currently is the Career and Business Outreach Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at Washington Co and Waukesha campuses.

Her previous experiences included: adjunct lecturer in the Career & Technical Online Delivery program at University of Wisconsin-Stout, program and licensure coordinator for both undergraduates and graduates of Business Education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and over 12 years instructing within various southeastern Wisconsin school districts in the areas of information technology and business education.

President

Dana Moore Gray, PhD

Dr. Dana Gray is the SIEC-USA president through May 2023. Dr. Gray is a professor of marketing at Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma. She has been a member of SIEC-ISBE and SIEC-USA for more than ten years and regularly presents about adult learners during the international conference. She also is the proposals coordinator for the SIEC-ISBE professional development committee. 

Dr. Gray has a 20+ year background in corporate marketing, public relations, and communications in the retail and telecommunications sectors. She has worked full-time in higher education since 2005. Her graduate degrees are from Oklahoma State University (PhD in education, Masters in Telecom Management), and her undergraduate degree is from the University of Tulsa (Bachelors in communications).  She is a Quality Matters peer reviewer who has designed about eight QM-certified courses.

Maria Randazzo-Davis, PhD
Maria Randazzo-Davis, PhD, is an assistant professor in the business management department at the State University of New York, Farmingdale State College. Strong educational professional with a PhD BA in international business from Northcentral University and an MBA (management) with a specialization in international business from the New York Institute of Technology. She teaches courses in international business, management, leadership, and ethics. The recipient of the Chancellor's Award for excellence in adjunct teaching. She also has over 15 years of private sector business management experience. 

US Vice President to SIEC

Roietta Fulgham, Masters

Roietta Fulgham has been a professor of business education for over 40 years with the Los Rios Community College District in Sacramento, CA, and for five years as an adjunct professor with Sierra College in Rocklin, CA. Her bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in Business Education. She is certified as a Business Educator, Administrative Professional, Instructional Skills Workshop Facilitator, and Office Services Instructor. Roietta has taught courses face-to-face and online in business communication, keyboarding, oral communication, entrepreneurship, and 21st Century Skills.

Throughout her teaching career, she has developed curriculum, networked with business and industry partners, and facilitated professional development for educators. She is active in several business education organizations where she has served as president and received outstanding teacher and service awards.
